Grilled razor clams

This week we present you a very simple dish to make but full of flavour. Now that the days are longer and the sun starts to shine, there is no better appetizer than this delicious grilled razor clams with some garlic and parsley dressing. Healthy, cheap and very, very easy to prepare. If you also use our clams, you can save yourself cleaning them as is usually done, since ours are purified and do not contain sand or impurities. Let’s go!

  1. First, the dressing
We are going to start with the clams’ dressing, since when we put them on the fire we have to be very fast and attentive so that they do not overcook and become chewy. Finely chop the garlic and parsley, and put it in a bowl along with a drizzle of oil and a little salt. We beat it well with the help of a fork until it is linked

  2. Then, the clams
Put a large frying pan with a little oil. When it is hot, add the razors, which will immediately begin to open. We turn the opened ones so that the meat touches the bottom of the pan, and in 2 minutes they are done. Be quick in this step, otherwise they will overcook and become chewy.

  3. The final touch
Put the razor clams on a plate and sprinkle with a little of the garlic and parsley dressing we made.
  4. And that’s all!

They are ready to eat, that was quick, right? We can put a piece of lemon on the plate for those who like some citric touch, and enjoy a healthy and tasty snack. You will repeat for sure!
