These General Conditions expressly regulate the relationships that arise between RECUPERACIONES INDUSTRIALES 2000 SL, with its registered office at Polígono de Raos - Parcela 12-K Naves G14 and G15, 39600, Camargo, Cantabria, Spain and with CIF B39437124 (hereinafter, “ EL CABO ”) and third parties (hereinafter,“ Users ”) who register as users and / or purchase products through the online store of the official EL CABO website (https://www.elcabo.es ", Hereinafter the" Store ").
Obligations of the User
The User agrees, in general, to use the Store, to purchase the Products and to use each of the Store's services diligently, in accordance with the law, morals, public order and the provisions of these Conditions General, and you must also refrain from using them in any way that may impede, damage or impair the normal operation and enjoyment of the Store by Users or that could injure or cause damage to the goods and rights of EL CABO, its suppliers, Users or in general of any third party.
Products and prices
EL CABO reserves the right to decide, at any time, the Products that are offered to Users through the Store. In particular, EL CABO may at any time add new Products to those offered or included in the Store, understanding that unless otherwise provided, such new Products will be governed by the provisions of these General Conditions. Likewise, EL CABO reserves the right to stop providing or facilitating access and use at any time and without prior notice of any of the different types of Products offered in the Store.
The Products included in the Store will correspond in the most reliable way possible that the web display technology allows to the Products actually offered. The characteristics of the Products and their prices appear in the Store. The prices indicated in the Store are in Euros and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
Payment method for the products
Within a maximum period of twenty-four (24) hours, EL CABO will send an email to the User, confirming the purchase. Said email will assign a reference code for the purchase, and will detail the characteristics of the Product, its price, shipping costs and the data of the different options to make the payment of the Products to EL CABO.
The User who purchases a product through the Store must make the payment through the payment systems specifically detailed in Payment methods.
EL CABO will archive the electronic documents in which the contract is formalized, sending a copy to the User once the purchase is made.
Right of Withdrawal
The user has a right of withdrawal by which he may contact EL CABO by email at the following address: info@elcabo.es and withdraw from the purchase within a period of no more than two (2) days, counted upon receipt of the Product. The Product must be sent together with the duly completed return sheet and a copy of the delivery note or invoice, duly completed, and EL CABO will charge the direct cost of returning the Product. Said return will be made in accordance with the instructions that EL CABO indicates to the User in response to their notification of the exercise of withdrawal. The User must return the Product within a maximum period of two (2) days after EL CABO indicates the form of return.
The withdrawal entails the refund of the amount paid. For this, the client must indicate on the return sheet the number and the holder of the credit card to which EL CABO must make the payment. The term for said payment will be established in the Law.
The right of withdrawal may not be exercised when the Product is not returned in its original packaging and when the Product is not in perfect condition.

The territorial scope of sales through the Store is exclusively for the Spanish territory (Peninsula. Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), so the delivery service will only be for that territory. For shipments outside the indicated territory, please contact us. The Products purchased through the Store will be sent to the delivery address that the User indicates once the payment has been verified.
The cost of shipping is not included in the price of the Products. At the time of purchase of the Product, the User will be informed of the exact shipping cost. For orders over 100€ shipping costs are free.
